Operations and Admin Manager

KZen Networks Ltd., the developer of the ​ZenGo cryptocurrency wallet​, is looking for an organized and self-motivated Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. The Office Administrator’s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings.

In order to be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking. Manage the relationship with the CPA and auditors
  • HR and payroll: Assist in the recruitment/on-boarding process, monitor presence reports of personnel, prepare payslips data to bookkeeper, organize welfare and team building activities
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  •  Carrying out clerical and administrative duties such as -, responding to emails, andpreparing documents, Assistance with legal work: relations with law firms, contractssign-off, follow up and more
  •  Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings and travels
  •  Investor relation assistance: budget monitoring and scheduling, presentations, material
  •  Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Full working proficiency in English and Hebrew
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.
  • 5 or more years’ office administration experience in a startup environment .
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets).
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
